Meal Program ManagerPrepare and serve meals for summer camps and rental groups. Manage the meal program in the absence of the Food Services Supervisor.Essential Functions:This job description should not be interpreted as all inclusive. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.Plan, prepare, and serve meals in conjunction with Food Services.Maintain a sanitary work environmentMonitor donations and other food and non-food inventoryHelp create and maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for guestsClean and properly arrange the freezer, cooler, and pantry on a weekly basisUnder the direction of the Food Services Manager, report meal counts for the Summer Food Service Program.Provide seasonal support as requestedBe available to work nights and weekendsOther duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.Education: High School diploma or equivalentCertifications:Must have completed the Restaurant Servsafe Certification program or will complete within six (6) months of hireMust have valid driver's license and pass MVR requirements for Salvation Army insuranceExperience: One year food service experienceThe Salvation Army is an equal opportunity employer.
