Design Director, AV Motion Graphics

Senior hands‑on leadership role overseeing motion graphics execution for high‑profile theatrical and streaming campaigns – from concept through delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design and animate graphics for trailers, TV spots, and streaming promos Stay hands‑on in After Effects and Cinema 4D while leading campaigns end‑to‑end Mentor motion designers and review all graphics before delivery Partner with editors, producers, and CDs to manage workflows and deadlines Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns in fast‑paced production Contribute to project scoping, scheduling, and resource planning What you Bring: 6–10+ years in motion graphics, AV marketing, and theatrical advertising Expert‑level After Effects and Cinema 4D; strong compositing and finishing Portfolio of trailer graphics, title design, logo animation, and streaming promos Deep knowledge of AV finishing pipelines and broadcast/streaming deliverables Experience leading motion graphics teams with strong creative communication Nice to Have: Entertainment marketing agency or streaming platform background Advanced 3D skills and familiarity with AI‑assisted motion workflows Pay Range

$150,000 – $170,000 USD
