Director of Continuous Improvement & Digital Factory
Reynolds Consumer Products
Reynolds Consumer Products seeks a Continuous Improvement Director at the Lake Forest Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, IL, with up to 75% travel to multiple plants. Lead CI strategy, digital factory initiatives, and organizational change to deliver sustained efficiency and cost savings.
Required: 10+ years in Manufacturing CI/Operations, 3+ years in leadership, BA/BS, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; SAP and advanced Excel skills are preferred.
