Distribution Center - Operations Manager

Dollar Tree

Dollar Tree is seeking a Department Manager for our Distribution Center in Chesapeake, VA. You will lead up to 20 associates, oversee inventory flows across Receiving, Order Selection, Shipping, and Equipment, and ensure safety and operational standards are met daily. The role requires 3+ years in DC management, strong leadership and analytical skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
