Account Executive - Advanced Hemostasis and Healing - Colorado Springs, CO- Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Surgery

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Account Executive for Advanced Hemostasis and Healing to sell surgical devices and solutions to surgeons and hospitals in the Colorado Springs territory. The role focuses on growing hemostasis and wound closure platforms while managing a full portfolio of Ethicon surgical offerings.
Responsibilities
- Sell comprehensive Ethicon surgical device platforms to surgeons and hospital decision makers in operating room settings
- Manage assigned sales territory and accounts; own forecast attainment and territory revenue
- Demonstrate proper product use and manage customer objections within compliance and clinical guidelines
- Conduct sales presentations and build customer relationships with physicians, hospital personnel, and distributors
- Analyze market data and conduct business planning to identify sales opportunities within accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years medical sales or healthcare business experience with strong sales achievement
- Valid US driver's license
- Operating room or hospital-based pharmaceutical/device sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to target accounts and execute daily action plans
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
