We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative who enjoys helping people. This role focuses on generating new business, educating clients on proper coverage, and building long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals. This is an opportunity to join a team that invests in your development, provides hands-on coaching, and offers strong income potential.

Base Salary: $36,000 + commission and performance bonuses

Responsibilities

Generate and convert new business through inbound and outbound opportunities
Quote and present insurance solutions that properly protect clients
Conduct coverage reviews to identify protection gaps
Maintain accurate CRM documentation
Meet or exceed production and activity metrics

Requirements

Prior sales or customer-facing experience required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong personal accountability
Team player with an ownership mentality
Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment
