Assistant Property Manager (Retail Shopping Centers)

Job Description

We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team! This position is primarily responsible for managing retail shopping centers located in Riverside County, Orange County and San Bernardino County.

Responsibilities:

Work with vendors and collect bids for repairs and maintenance, deferred maintenance and preventative maintenance
Communicate with tenants, resolve tenant concerns and collect rents
Oversee tenant improvements and construction
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Facilitate CAMs (common area maintenance)
Oversee daily real estate transactions
Prepare lease agreements and renewals

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or project management
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
