What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care to critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU setting
• Manage newborn stabilization, ongoing care, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and nurses
• Support evidence-based, personalized care for medically fragile infants
• Participate in clinical decision-making and patient management
• Engage in opportunities for mentorship and professional growth
• Contribute to a fast-growing neonatal program supporting over 1,400 admissions annually

What You Need

• Valid Georgia Nurse Practitioner license with Neonatal Certification
• BLS and NRP certifications (preferred but may be provided for new graduates)
• 1+ years of NICU experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
