Associate Director/Director of Financial Planning and Analysis - Commercial

Our client, a growing life sciences organization preparing for a significant commercial launch, is seeking a Director of Commercial FP&A to partner with executive leadership and drive financial strategy across the commercial business. Key Responsibilities Partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and executive leadership on financial strategy and business planning. Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and revenue modeling. Drive product launch financial support, scenario planning, and business performance analysis. Oversee revenue forecasting and gross-to-net (GTN) analysis. Deliver executive reporting and strategic insights to support growth initiatives. Help build scalable FP&A processes and develop a high-performing finance team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience. 5+ years supporting commercial organizations within biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, or broader life sciences. Strong expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning. Experience supporting product launches and commercial growth initiatives highly preferred. MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
