Responsibilities. Generate new business by identifying customer needs and recommending State Farm insurance and financial products. Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and respect. Assist customers with policy changes, coverage reviews, claims support, and everyday insurance needs with accuracy and care. Proactively follow up with customers and prospects to strengthen relationships, increase retention, and help grow the agency. What We Offer.
