Bilingual Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a fast-moving team with data management and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys keeping things organized behind the scenes.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Administrative Assistant :

Organize and manage electronic and physical files to ensure quick access and compliance
Track various compliance-related items and follow up on deadlines and required documentation
Support reporting needs by pulling, organizing, and analyzing data
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications of the Bilingual Administrative Assistant:

Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
Strong administrative skills with excellent organization and attention to detail.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required .
