Genesis Edge Management manages promotional marketing campaigns and customer acquisition for a rapidly expanding portfolio of clients. We are seeking an  Entry-Level Sales Associate to connect with customers, build client relationships, and drive brand engagement.

No prior sales or account management experience is required—we provide 100% fully paid training and continuous mentorship from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Client Engagement: Serve as the professional face of our clients, presenting products and services directly to prospective customers.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in executing day-to-day sales, promotional events, and brand campaigns.
• Account Support: Maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Goal Tracking: Track daily personal and team performance metrics to achieve client goals.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in daily strategy sessions, skill-building workshops, and leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and active listening skills.
• Positive, coachable attitude and eager to learn consultative sales and account management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or restaurant service is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and professional demeanor.
