Role DescriptionAs an Entry Level Sales Associate at Intrepid Consulting Group, you will be the face of our company in retail locations, engaging directly with customers to share product knowledge and drive sales. This role involves daily interactions with diverse customers, requiring excellent communication skills and a commitment to learning and growth. You will receive comprehensive training to help you succeed and advance in your sales career.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers in retail stores and events daily to provide information about products and services.
- Assist in achieving daily sales goals through effective customer interactions.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales and product knowledge.
- Support the sales team by handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient retail environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
