Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record initial patient assessment and set priorities based on age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
• Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention.
• Develop and implement a measurable and individualized plan of care within established standards.
• Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpreting facts and evaluating patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning.
• Implement and document timely interventions appropriate for patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license.
• Current BLS Certification from AHA required.
• Current ACLS Certification from AHA required.
• Current TNCC Certification required.
• Strong knowledge and skills appropriate for the age/type of the patient population served.
