Job Description As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant at Promotion PIA, you will assist the marketing team in developing and implementing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities Campaign Support: Assist in the creation, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals. Content Development: Help create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, emails, social media posts, and digital ads. Social Media Assistance: Assist with social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support marketing strategies and inform decision‑making. Administrative Support: Manage calendars, organize marketing materials, and assist with logistics for meetings, events, and presentations. Data Entry and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, generating reports on metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
