If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Position: Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) - Full-TimeLocation: Little Rock, ARWhat You'll Do:Provide direct Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) services as authorized in the Person-Centered Plan of Care (PCSP).Develop and implement Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (PBIP) and monitor progress quarterly.Offer Adult Life Skills programming to groups and individuals.Assist with crisis intervention as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of those served.Maintain accurate and timely documentation for billing, service progress notes, and other necessary records.Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies by maintaining accurate records of individuals served.Attend treatment meetings and coordinate care with internal and external providers.Provide training and support to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in de-escalation techniques, behavior management, and support strategies.Communicate issues and concerns related to individual care with the treatment team to ensure the highest quality of service.Maintain minimum weekly or revised direct service production goals that are reimbursable.Supervise a minimum of five CSSP DSP employees, including training, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance.Requirements:Availability: Must be available to provide services as needed and attend meetings/trainings.Education & Experience:Bachelor 's Degree in a Human Services or related field preferred.Minimum of two years of management experience and/or one year of experience working with individuals diagnosed as developmentally disabled.Driver's License & Insurance: Valid Arkansas driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance required.Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification required (or must obtain upon hire).Health Requirements: Current TB health card required.Background Check & Drug Screening: Required for all candidates.Competencies & Skills:Confidentiality: Maintain privacy of individuals served and organizational operations.Problem Solving: Analyze issues and develop effective solutions.Customer Service: Respond promptly to needs and ensure high-quality service.Teamwork: Contribute to a positive team environment and support team success.Leadership: Motivate, inspire, and recognize staff contributions.Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of accuracy and service excellence.Safety & Security: Follow all workplace safety procedures and policies.Technical Skills: Utilize Microsoft Office and other relevant software for documentation and reporting.Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and maintain professionalism.Written Communication: Prepare reports, business correspondence, and documentation accurately.Why This Role Matters:This is a safety-sensitive position, meaning your role directly impacts the well-being of individuals served.
