Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client's healthcare facility in Fort Myers, FL 33912. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 6:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m and Saturday 6:00 a.m to 12:30pm. Job Type: Contract Contract Length: 8 months Pay Range: $19.99/hr - $21.41/hr Duties:

• Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.
• Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.
• Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.
• Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.
• Working at doctor's offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).
• 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment (Preferred).
• Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferred).
• Keyboarding/data entry experience (Preferred).

Requirements:

• Education: High school Diploma
• License(s): NA
• Certification(s): CPT
• Years of experience: 1-3 years
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
