Our customer is seeking a fulltime Lead/ Senior IT Systems Specialist to serve as the primary onsite support resource for corporate users and executive leadership.

This role goes beyond traditional desktop support. The successful candidate will own the day-to-day corporate support function while identifying opportunities to improve processes, create documentation, establish standards, and enhance the overall user experience.

The position requires a unique blend of executive support, operational ownership, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting Senior leadership, operating independently, and driving process improvements without requiring extensive direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & End-User Support

• Provide white-glove technology support to executive leadership, corporate employees, and remote users.
• Deliver timely and professional support for desktop, laptop, mobile device, application, and collaboration technology issues.
• Support executive meetings, conference rooms, Teams Rooms, and high-visibility business events.
• Build trusted relationships with executives, executive assistants, and business stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated and high-priority support requests.
• Ensure a consistently positive and professional support experience across all user interactions.

Corporate Support Operations

• Serve as the primary onsite Corporate IT Support resource.
• Independently manage day-to-day support activities with minimal supervision.
• Prioritize work effectively while balancing executive requests, operational support, and project initiatives.
• Maintain ownership of incidents through resolution and communicate effectively throughout the process.
• Identify recurring issues and proactively recommend long-term solutions.

Process Development & Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate existing support processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create, maintain, and enhance documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and support workflows.
• Develop scalable and repeatable processes for onboarding, offboarding, device deployment, asset management, and end-user support.
• Reduce reliance on tribal knowledge through documentation and standardization.
• Partner with IT leadership to improve service delivery, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor by bringing recommendations and solutions to leadership rather than simply escalating problems.

Endpoint & Asset Management

• Configure, deploy, image, refresh, and support Windows and macOS devices.
• Manage Microsoft Intune and endpoint management activities.
• Maintain hardware inventory, asset tracking, deployment records, and lifecycle management processes.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, shipping, receiving, deployment, and recovery activities.
• Support endpoint security, compliance, and device management standards.

Projects & Operational Initiatives

• Participate in technology rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and operational projects.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and support-related operational priorities.
• Provide occasional after-hours or emergency support when necessary.
• Collaborate with Systems Operations and Infrastructure teams to ensure effective issue resolution and service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Executive Support, End User Services, or a related technology support role.
• Experience supporting executives, VIP users, and corporate leadership in high-visibility environments.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management technologies.
• Experience deploying, imaging, and managing endpoint devices throughout the hardware lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to create, document, improve, or own IT support processes and workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across hardware, software, mobile devices, and collaboration technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal direction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving as the primary or sole onsite IT support resource.
• ITIL knowledge or certification.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms or conference room technologies.
• Experience creating SOPs, knowledge bases, and operational documentation.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Experience supporting multi-site organizations.
• PowerShell or basic automation experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Englewood, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
