Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a $500MM community bank in Iowa in the search for a Regional Market President.Responsibilities:* Lead and grow the bank's presence within the regional market.* Drive commercial lending production and portfolio growth.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients and community leaders.* Manage and mentor lending and banking team members.* Contribute to overall market strategy, business development, and profitability.* Ensure sound credit quality and adherence to bank policies.* Represent the bank within the community and industry organizations.Qualifications:* 7+ years of commercial lending experience.* Proven ability to generate business and grow client relationships.* Prior leadership or management experience.* Strong understanding of credit, risk, and portfolio management.* Strategic mindset with the ability to drive market growth.* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
