In this vital role, you will provide prompt and expert care to patients exhibiting signs of clinical deterioration. Key Responsibilities Conduct swift assessments to evaluate patient conditions. Implement stabilization measures as needed. Respond effectively to emergency codes. Collaborate with ICU staff, physicians, and bedside teams to assess care requirements and facilitate safe patient transfers. Educate nursing staff on recognizing early warning signs of patient decline. Support initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and safety in patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of all care provided.
