Pay: $23.00 - $27.00/HR
Duties:
- Perform routine inspections of facility equipment, systems, and building components to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and facility infrastructure.
- Diagnose and perform minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Conduct general facility maintenance, including painting, carpentry, and basic plumbing repairs.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment, furniture, and materials for meetings, events, and company functions.
- Support warehouse operations by addressing facility-related maintenance requests and concerns.
- Coordinate maintenance resources and prioritize work to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and other departments to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and repair documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform additional maintenance and facility-related duties as assigned.
- Previous maintenance experience required; 2-4 years of facility maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience performing general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
