Physical Therapist Assistant

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant Salary Range: $26-30 per hour Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with weekend rotation Employment Type: Full-time Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Outpatient Clinic Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our SNF and Outpatient facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their physical function and quality of life through individualized treatment plans and exercises. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $26-30 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions Implement individualized treatment plans and exercises to help patients achieve their physical therapy goals Monitor and document patient progress and communicate with the Physical Therapist about any changes or concerns Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards in patient care and documentation Qualifications: Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program Current state license or eligibility for state licensure Previous experience in a SNF or outpatient setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and assisting patients with mobility Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services
