Hospice Director of Nursing (RN) Johnson County | Kansas City Metro Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 $5000 Sign On Bonus Schedule Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Lead with Compassion. This is an opportunity to lead talented clinicians while ensuring patients and families receive exceptionalhospice, end-of-life, palliative, and comfort care. Requirements ActiveRegistered Nurse (RN) license Minimum2 years of hospice or skilled home health leadership experience Strong knowledge ofhospice nursing, end-of-life care, Medicare hospice requirements, and clinical compliance Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Experience as aHospice DON, Hospice Clinical Director, Hospice Clinical Manager, Hospice RN Case Manager, or Hospice RNpreferred Passion for compassionate, high-quality patient care Responsibilities Leadhospice clinical operationsand patient care services Supervise, mentor, and developHospice RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and clinical staff Ensure qualitypatient-centered hospice and end-of-life care Oversee clinical documentation, chart audits, quality, and compliance Ensure compliance withMedicare hospice regulations, state requirements, and CHAP standards Supporthospice admissions, assessments, recertifications, and plans of care Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and thehospice interdisciplinary team (IDG) Support clinicians through education, onboarding, and clinical guidance Complete patient visits as needed Build strong relationships with referral partners and community providers Why Phoenix?
