Career Coach & Alumni-Employer Partnerships Lead

Wheaton College is seeking an Alumni & Employer Manager to strengthen partnerships and bridge academic preparation with professional outcomes. This role reports to the Associate Director and coordinates employer engagement, alumni networking, and career-program development to foster readiness for students and young alumni. You will recruit mentors, segment partners, design events beyond career fairs, coordinate internships, and track outcomes to demonstrate impact on student placement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wheaton-College
