Stable, growing company with a strong track record of success Clear opportunities for advancement and professional development Clean, modern office environment with updated technology Collaborative and supportive team culture Exposure to multiple areas of accounting and operations Comprehensive benefits package available Key Responsibilities For The Staff Accountant Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently Assist with accounts receivable and general accounting functions Support inventory tracking and reconciliation efforts Work closely with receiving teams to verify incoming materials and documentation Maintain spreadsheets and reporting tools using Excel Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records Assist with month-end and year-end close activities Support audits and financial reporting needs Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed Qualifications For The Staff Accountant Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred, but not required Recent graduates encouraged to apply Prior accounting, bookkeeping, administrative, or office experience is a plus Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Dependable, professional, and eager to learn
