Class Action Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a well‑respected law firm in Chicago to identify a Class Action Paralegal for a full‑time, permanent opportunity. This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office), comprehensive benefits, and a competitive salary ranging from $75,000-$85,000 , depending on experience. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all phases of class action litigation from case inception through settlement and resolution. Draft, revise, and manage legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and settlement‑related materials. Maintain and organize case files, document databases, and litigation support systems. Coordinate and track deadlines, court filings, and case calendars. Manage large volumes of records and documents, including document review and production. Assist with plaintiff communications, intake processes, and claim administration activities. Prepare exhibits, deposition materials, and trial binders. Coordinate with opposing counsel, courts, experts, claims administrators, and third‑party vendors as needed. Support attorneys with legal research, factual investigations, and case development. Assist with settlement administration and distribution processes. Qualifications 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably supporting class action, mass tort, complex litigation, or plaintiff‑side litigation matters. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements. Experience managing large‑scale document productions and case files. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and litigation support software. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. ABA‑approved Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor's degree preferred.
