Senior Director of Client Success

Driving client engagement and operational excellence, the full-time Senior Director of Client Success will manage client relationships, oversee service delivery, and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Make final decisions on administrative and operational matters for assigned accounts, providing direction to leadership across various operations Participate in the development of methods and evaluation criteria for projects, ensuring budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements Regularly interact with executives and major customers, collaborating with sales and client services to achieve client engagement objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of relevant work experience in a client-facing role with leadership responsibilities Specific exposure to P&C insurance industry customer engagement management solutions Strong negotiating skills in client relationships and contract development Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels
