AI Talent Systems and Recruiting Generalist

This role is on-site in San Francisco in the Dogpatch neighborhood. Giga builds AI agents trusted by the largest B2C companies in the world. Industry leaders like DoorDash trust Giga with their most complex support and operations workflows across voice, chat, and email. Giga has recently raised a $61M Series A and has several paying customers, including DoorDash. We’re building the next generation of customer experience — real-time AI agents that can understand emotion, resolve issues instantly, and scale across the world’s largest enterprises. The Role We are early in building our recruiting function. We are looking for someone who can build AI agents for recruiting and help to experiment with AI different tools to help scale the company. You will help deliver a great candidate experience and support process improvements, while scaling recruiting operations in a high growth environment. There is room to grow here as the team and function mature. What You Will Do Partner across the company and drive AI Recruiting Experiments across Giga Own metrics and reporting for all Talent Matters (build dashboards, KPIs, etc) Keep our ATS clean, structured, and moving with speed Set structure for new roles and help refine our hiring process Support sourcing and research with AI Technology Raise the operational bar for the entire recruiting function and our industry Must Haves Experience working in fast paced or high growth startup environments You have a strong academic foundation from a rigorous university; BSCS and MBA preferred You have built agents before Bonus Points Experience with technical recruiting Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Experience with other recruiting tools, like Juicebox, Gem, Noon AI, Ashby Perks & Benefits Catered lunch daily Dinner stipend $150/month wellness benefit (gym, fitness classes, mental health) 401(k) plan Paid parental leave (12 weeks maternal, 6 weeks paternal) Commuter benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Giga is an equal opportunity employer.
