Job Responsibilities

Operate automated production and manufacturing equipment
Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure efficiency
Follow established safety procedures and work instructions
Conduct quality inspections on finished products
Record production information and complete required documentation
Assist with equipment troubleshooting and minor adjustments
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
