Full‑time opportunities available! 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, & 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. $5,000 sign‑on bonus for new full‑time hires. Hourly range: $43.00 – $50.00 per hour, based on experience & incentives, all inclusive. (FT only) Waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 an hour. Shift differentials $1.00 for 3 PM–11 PM & 11 PM–7 AM. Daily pay available and more! Responsibilities of RN Supervisor Must have an active, unencumbered RN license to practice in New Jersey. Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public. Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center. Qualifications for RN Supervisor Valid BLS/CPR certification. 1+ year as a supervisor is required. 2+ years in a long‑term care setting is required.
