Seeking a CNC Vertical Mill Operator on 1 st Shift to join our team in an air-conditioned facility. The position is Monday – Friday from 7am - 3:30pm and there is OT available.

Duties/Responsibilities

· Set up mill machine according to work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings also, install and adjust magnetic chucks, tools, and attachments.

· Verifying settings such as measuring positions, the first run part, and sample parts.

· Inspecting parts for accurate dimensions per work instructions and maintains operation specifications.

· Maintain the equipment per preventive maintenance requirements.

· Maintain a safe work environment by following and complying with the safety procedures and regulations.

· Lifting material up to 50lbs.

· Document and communicate plans among work shifts to maintain continuity in the workplace.

· Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge

2nd shift premium pay

Qualifications

CNC Machining Experience: 3 plus years (Preferred)
