Our Ideal Candidate We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who can work 40 hours per week at our Oak Lawn, IL office and meet the following qualifications: High school diploma or GED 2+ years of administrative experience, including word processing, document control, and preparation of spreadsheets and other documents Proficiency with computers, including MS Office Word and Excel Ability to multi-task Excellent communication and customer service skills Great typing and word-processing skills Being bilingual is a plus!

As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our Oak Lawn facility, ensuring smooth admin and clerical operations from start to finish. Your day will start by managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and routing mail, keeping everything organized and flowing. You'll take charge of filing critical documents, including sales orders, production reports, and inventory logs, making sure every detail is accounted for. Your skills in data entry and document preparation will be essential as you input key operational data and assist in creating shipping and receiving documentation. You'll also be the go-to liaison for audits, compliance paperwork, and food safety team requests, keeping everything up to code. Beyond admin tasks, you'll play a key role in ordering and managing office supplies, scheduling USDA work assignments, and ensuring all business licenses and certificates are up to date. Plus, as the Human Resources & Safety Liaison, you'll help onboard new employees, assist with training, and provide first aid as needed.
