GTO Engineering Coop

Cooperative education position in manufacturing operations focused on process improvement and project execution. The co-op student will work under mentorship on efficiency initiatives, cost reduction, and quality improvements using established methodologies within a designated department.

Responsibilities

• Execute process improvement projects using methodologies like FPX and Lean/Six Sigma
• Conduct testing of processes, equipment, raw materials, and products; validate systems
• Write and verify specifications, maintain documentation, complete development tasks
• Prepare reports and documentation communicating project results
• Assist in concept development and design for new products or processes

Requirements

• Currently enrolled full-time in an academic program throughout internship period
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Available for 40 hours per week commitment
• No current or future visa sponsorship needs (H-1B, green card, CPT, OPT)
