Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of professional accounting or financial operations experience. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, operations, or a related field Experience supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and reconciliations. Proficiency with Excel. Experience using accounting or financial systems such as QuickBooks, Concur, or comparable platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong communication skills and an ownership-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience within asset management, investment management, financial services, or a similarly rigorous environment. Experience with workflow automation, analytics, process improvement, or related initiatives.

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Accounting Platform Associate to support and evolve our client's financial operations function. Our client is a global investment management firm reimagining what the next-generation investment organization should look like. This role combines core accounting responsibilities across billing, receivables, payables, reconciliations, and reporting with process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization initiatives. This position works closely with internal stakeholders across operations, technology, and investment teams and offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of scalable financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities Design and improve financial workflows across billing, receivables, payables, and reconciliations. Support automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability. Manage the full billing cycle, including monthly, quarterly, and performance-based billing activities. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections processes. Perform cash and general ledger reconciliations and strengthen internal controls. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting. Assist with regulatory filings, including 1099s, LM-10s, and similar reporting requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the quality, accessibility, and usability of financial data.

This is a direct hire position with a salary of $80,000 - $100,000/year.
