You will be responsible for the set-up, delivery, and retrieval of all food and beverage orders to guests./ppThis position may require flexible scheduling availability./ppJob Requirements:/pulliKnow local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel/liliEnsuring the restaurant service space remains well-stocked at all times/liliServe drinks while following all company, local, and state guidelines/liliValidate customers IDs and monitor all beverage consumption/liliFollow financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables/liliCleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service/li/ulpJob Qualifications:/pulliAbility to follow brand and IHM standard operating procedures to prepare food and beverage items/liliHighly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement/liliMust be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary/liliAbility to work well in stressful situations/liliAbility to extend professionalism and courtesy to guests at all times/li/ulpThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
