Clinical Director- Physical Therapist

Location Virginia Position Title Clinic Director & Licensed Physical Therapist (40 hrs/week) Overview Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of clinic operations, manage clinical and non‑clinical staff, and collaborate with patients to provide individualized treatment and care plans. They promote efficient service utilization, develop programs, and work with digital marketing strategies and medical professionals to enhance service standards within the community. Responsibilities Manage daily clinic operations and staff. Provide clinical mentorship and support to clinicians. Own financial performance of the clinic. Build referral relationships and enhance community presence. Collaborate with digital marketing and communication teams. Ensure high‑quality patient care and continuous improvement. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred. Growth mindset and passion for mentoring. Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence. Compensation $90,000 to $110,000 per year (based on location, experience, certifications, etc.) Competitive Director bonus plan (starting at $6,000 potential annually) and welcome bonuses/student loan repayment up to $10,000.
