Reports to: Revenue Integrity Director
Exempt Status: NO
Position Purpose: All KHI employees are expected to perform their respective tasks and duties in such a way that supports KHI's vision of providing the region's best clinical care and patient service through an environment that fosters respect for others and pride in performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review & distribute incoming mail to Revenue Integrity department
- Scan documents to KRMC Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Mail correspondence to payers
- Review EHR systems, and collect data for reports, as needed by Revenue Integrity team
- Call insurance companies to obtain data to or resolve open claims
- Update reports currently being utilized by Revenue Integrity team for monthly report out
- Other duties as
