I’m looking for a high-octane Executive Recruiter (IT & Engineering) to join my client's Direct Hire team in Dunwoody.

The Reality: Most "new roles" come with a cold desk. This one doesn't. You’ll step into a deep pipeline of active searches on Day 1.

The Vibe:

• Hybrid: 2 days in Dunwoody / 3 days remote.

• Support: Hands-on leadership (zero micro-management).

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in Permanent Placement, Direct Hire, or Executive Search.

• Domain Expertise: Strong familiarity with the IT and Engineering sectors is highly preferred.

• Education: A bachelor’s degree is required.

• Mindset: A "whatever it takes" work ethic. You are highly organized, a superior communicator, and driven by the "win" of a successful placement. Quality over quantity always.
