Operations Associate We are currently seeking candidates for an Operations Associate at a law firm (multi‑locations) located in the Seaport District, Boston, MA, 02210. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of operations experience at a law firm, real estate company or within the asset management/financial services industry. On‑site 3 days per week. Starts February 3rd, 2026. This is a 6+ month temporary role (with an opportunity for extension and/or becoming permanent) and will pay between $27.00 and $30.00 (based on relative work experience) within a 40‑hour work week. Responsibilities Interpret trust documentation and ensure timely and correct client investment activity. Monitor the trade and settlement flow of client investment activity. Monitor cash disbursements and cash payments. Timely resolution of all outstanding exceptions. Maintain client relationships. Monitor the settlement of trades, wire transfers and ensure timely settlement. Monthly and quarterly client reporting. Frequent interaction with clients and external auditors. Requirements 1+ years of operations experience at a law firm, real estate company or within the asset management/financial services industry. Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills. Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with different people and departments. Must be highly organized and able to manage time extremely well. Must be a dependable team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team‑oriented environment.
