Schedule Training Period (All New Hires): Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm (1st Shift) 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:45pm-12:45am Overtime on Fridays as needed Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00am-6:00pm Work 36 hours and get paid for 40! Pay $23.00-$30.00/hour DOE Weekly pay every Friday Job Duties Read blueprints and fabricate structural steel components Weld, fit, grind, and assemble products to specifications Inspect welds, perform repairs, and maintain quality standards Use measuring tools and complete production documentation Follow safety procedures and support team production goals Qualifications 3-5 years of welding experience OR welding school/training Flux-Core, Metal-Core, and Stick welding experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and work with precise measurements Strong attention to quality, safety, and craftsmanship Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Red Wing, MN 1176 910 Main Street Unit 101 Red Wing, MN 55066 Express Employment Professionals
