Financial services representative

LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for a new business specialist in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. Our client is searching for a new business specialist with a strong background in financial services. The role is a mixture role of administrative, customer service, and data entry management. This position is working full in office. Responsibilities to include:

· Works in close collaboration with Financial Representatives to assist with account onboarding

· Adds client information to Client Relationship Management system

· Initiates Account Opening entries and sends paperwork for signatures to clients and financial representatives

· Follows up to ensure accounts are open and funded

· Assigned items are processed within the required time line

· Verifies FP license & state registrations

· Enters client information, Opportunity, Investor Profile and Recommendation for each new business request

· Processing back up for Change of Representatives and Changes of Broker Dealers

· Phone calls- return VM within 2 hours
