Relationship Banker - Shannon Southpark Financial Center

This role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby, educating and assisting them with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. The position requires accurate and efficient processing of cash transactions and deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their goals. Key Responsibilities Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities. Efficient management of time and capacity, focusing on results while acting in the client’s best interest. Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including potential scheduling at any financial center location within a reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products, and solutions. One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
