Virtual Member Retention Navigator
Epicured, Inc.
Epicured, Inc. is seeking a Member Retention Navigator to proactively engage participants enrolled in HRSN programs and Epicured’s nutrition services. The role partners with the VP of Member Experience to reduce disenrollment and improve engagement in NY-specific Medicaid/HRSN initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a high-volume virtual contact center. Experience in healthcare and CRM platforms is preferred; bilingual candidates are #J-18808-Ljbffr Epicured, Inc.
