A local Springfield company is searching for a Recruiter who will have core responsibilities in calling applicants to the company, mining job boards and attending job fairs. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the Recruiter to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed Recruiting team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 40+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential.
