- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
- Guide supervisees through documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and professional development
- Support clinical decision-making and skill-building
- Follow Alaska supervision and licensing standards
- Maintain professional communication with supervisees
- Active Alaska clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must meet Alaska requirements to provide clinical supervision
- Experience mentoring or supervising mental health professionals preferred
