Our team values teamwork, accountability, and building relationships that last!As the Principal Global Account Sales Manager, you will own and grow one of Micron’s most strategic global OEM relationships. This role is central to driving revenue, crafting account strategy, and representing the voice of the customer across the company. You will lead opportunity execution, influence cross‑functional teams, and build trusted relationships at all levels of the customer organization.Responsibilities:Own and execute a global strategic account plan in partnership with Business Units and regional teamsBuild and maintain senior‑level customer relationships and a comprehensive global relationship mapManage and advance a multi‑product opportunity pipeline with strong forecast accuracy and CRM disciplineDeliver quarterly revenue, gross margin, and TAM share objectives aligned to BU and corporate goalsIdentify and develop new strategic sales opportunities that maximize return on company resourcesApply Artificial Intelligence toolsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience7+ years of experience in technical sales or sales managementProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue objectivesStrong communication, organizational, and analytical skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and SalesforcePreferred Qualifications:MBA or advanced degreeExperience managing global or multi‑regional strategic accountsBackground selling complex technology or semiconductor productsDemonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authorityThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$142,800.00 - $287,700.00 a year.Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
