Mainerafting is seeking a Vice President of Recruitment in Rockland, Maine, responsible for the strategic leadership of our talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts. This role will lead innovative recruitment strategies and oversee employee retention initiatives to enhance organizational growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3–5 years of experience in HR, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a Master’s degree is preferred.
