POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a dependable Shop Helper to assist employees with daily operations in an industrial manufacturing shop. This is a hands-on position for someone who is hardworking, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a busy industrial environment.

Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills are required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist shop and production employees with daily tasks
• Move and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Load and unload materials as directed
• Keep the shop, work areas, and equipment clean and organized
• Assist with preparing materials for production
• Help with basic shop duties and general labor tasks
• Use hand tools and other equipment as instructed
• Assist with material handling and moving products throughout the facility
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced shop personnel
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Previous industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or shop experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and manufacturing operations
• Strong safety awareness

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, hands-on, and willing to learn. Previous shop or manufacturing experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are important.

Pay: $16.00/hour + approximately 12 hours of overtime per week
