What We Offer Our Oral Surgery Providers

~ Daily compensation of $1,200-$5,000 - structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production ~ Flexible oral surgery scheduling: 1-2 days per month, coordinated around your existing practice or hospital schedule ~ About This Oral Surgery Opportunity At Benevis, we create over a million smiles a year in the communities we serve and believe that every person deserves access to quality, affordable dental care. We are actively seeking an Oral Surgeon to join our dental team on a PRN basis. This is a moonlighting opportunity designed to fit the schedule you already have - not replace it. Our oral surgery program gives providers a meaningful way to extend their impact without the overhead or long-term commitment of a full-time position. Our oral surgery practice has: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Dedicated dental assistants trained to support oral surgery procedures Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training Oral Surgeon responsibilities include: Provide surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate Deliver oral surgery care efficiently and safely in a well-supported dental environment Partner with our dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care We expect our Oral Surgeon to have: DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure Compassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care in a community dental setting
