Financial Management - Junior Level Location: Fort Worth, TX Position Overview The role focuses on finance and business operations for the F22 Modernization or Sustainment Finance portfolio within the Integrated Fighter Group organization. Key Responsibilities Assign to the F22 Modernization or Sustainment Finance portfolio within the Integrated Fighter Group. Perform proposal development, negotiations, program execution activities, profitability analysis, OSEC commitments and internal/external program reporting. Manage financial activities, establish sound cost and financial baselines, and collaborate with leadership and program management on contract execution and status updates. Conduct financial risk assessments and ensure accurate forecasts. Collaborate with Control Account Managers, Program Managers, FP&A teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of contract financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Basic: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college; experience with SAP, Deltek or similar business systems. Desired: Familiarity with contract and proposal processes (FPIF, CPIF, FFP); experience with U.S. Government reporting requirements (CPR, IPMR, CFSR); knowledge of Earned Value (EV) applications and FAR/DFAR; familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, program management, and process improvement. Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance of Secret level and the applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
